What to expect in your first two weeks
Most patients describe a quiet brain around food within the first 14 days — what some call "silenced food noise." Hunger stops dominating the morning. The cookies in the office kitchen stop calling. The mid-afternoon snack starts to feel optional. This is normal — and it's the medication doing its job.
If you experience nausea, headache, or fatigue, message Stephanie through your patient portal. These are the most common side effects in weeks 1-2 and almost always ease as your body adapts.
What to have ready for your intake
Stephanie reads every intake personally. The more complete it is, the faster she can approve and ship.
— Current medications (prescription + over-the-counter)
— Known allergies
— Past surgeries — especially any GI or bariatric
— Recent labs, if you have them (not required — we'll send a lab order to your local Quest or Labcorp)
